Incident Address was in front of 5879 Route 31 at 0711 hours - Dispatched to a reported Vehicle - vs - Motorcycle - Cicero Car 3 (Witnessed) this accident occur and immediately contacted the Onondaga County 911 Center to have units dispatched.

Upon arrival Car 3 (Barrett) was presented with an Unresponsive, but Breathing Patient that was thrown from the Motorcycle. Car 3 (Barrett) initiated patient care with the help of the Onondaga County Sheriffs Deputy that arrived.

Car 2 (Pangaro) arrived and began to assist Car 3 with patient care, Cicero Engine 3 (FF Ostrander) and his crew assisted with packaging the patient (C-Spine Precautions) and move him to the ambulance (NAVAC).

NAVAC Ambulance transported als to University Hospital, while members of the Onondaga County Sheriffs Office conducted their investigation and the West Bound lanes of Route 31 were reduced to one lane.
